Privacy
What this site collects, which is almost nothing.
You are in a regulated business and you are reading this to find out whether we are careless. So here is the whole of it, in plain terms.
Client data
This page covers the website and enquiries. How client information is handled during an engagement is a separate matter, and it is set out in full on the security page.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.
If you send an enquiry
One inbox, and nothing else.
- What is collected
- Only what you type into the form. Name, firm, and email are required so we can reply. Team size and platforms are optional and only help us answer usefully.
- Where it goes
- To one inbox, read by the people who would answer it. It is not added to a mailing list, not entered into a sequence, and not shared with, sold to, or enriched by anybody.
- How long it is kept
- Until the conversation ends. If it does not become an engagement, the message is deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, and confirm it in writing.
- No profiling
- Nothing you send is used to score, rank, or target you, and no automated decision is made about you.
Asking us about it
Ask, and you get a written answer.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email is enough and there is no form to complete.
Changes to this page
If the site starts doing something it does not do today, such as adding analytics, this page changes before that ships.
Who is responsible
Arclength, reachable at the address on this page. There is no support desk between you and an answer.
